PLAN A–***Go from 95% to 100% with a small fee. Fee is paid if and when closing takes place. Office Cap of $8K + Profit Sharing.

PLANB B– ***GO from 90% to 100% after office cap of 12K is reached.  No monthly fee + Profit Sharing.

PLAN C–***Go from 80% to 100% after office cap of $17K is reached. NO monthly fee + Profit Sharing.

PLAN D—70% (First 5 trans.) to 75%; then keep 100% +Profit Sharing.
